RallyMesh is an offline, bluetooth group chat that works without internet.

Messages hop from phone to phone using Bluetooth and nearby connections.
Stay connected at festivals, on trips, or when the network is down.

* Pick a display name and group name.
* (Optional) Add a password. When set, messages are encrypted. Without one, they’re unencrypted and visible to anyone in the group.
* Your phone also helps relay other people’s messages to keep the mesh flowing.
