The app doesn't allow me to set up an account. Multiple emails with support said to have the pharmacy check my information (done several times) because it was being input wrong, and then said the pharmacy will need to call their own help desk. As it turns out, the Randall's app doesn't recognize Randall's pharmacy accounts, but the Safeway app worked and let me create an account. This particular app seems to be pointless.

This is the 3rd time I've had to download this app because it no longer connects to the server. I've notified the company and they tell me there is no issue and to uninstall and reinstall. I've used the app since it came out over six months ago and it rarely gets all the way through the process of requesting a prescription without freezing and going back to the home screen. This thing is supposed to save time for both customers and pharmacy staff but due to freezing I still have to call the pharmacy to confirm the prescription request went through. I love the idea of the app, I just wish it worked as advertised. It's the only app on my phone that does not work properly.
