Useful and efficient app LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT before ordered any tickets. You are not forced to do this, but will miss out if you don't. I have used RSH for years. Only just installed the app and found it very useful however, I need to receive receipts for my bookings but first booking did not request my account details or an email address for confirmation, and so I have no such confirmation. There is no option in the app to subsequently email a receipt. I added my account details but this will be useful only to future orders (although it does show your ticket history for the account).

Great for finding a route, definitely recommend still getting tickets direct from the train company themselves, but use this to find your route.

App itself is OK, but with their recent changes to bookings with a new £1 booking fee, it's cheaper to book directly with the train operating companies. Using theirs or national rails system is easy once you learn how to find the cheapest trains, which are always the same as RSH

Keeps declining my card I managed to buy one single ticket then went to buy the return single ticket and it keeps declining my card for no reason at all , I'm stuck with one ticket now! Navigation of the app is awful, can't go back and amend details it just takes you back to the main menu and you have to do the whole lot again, same with my card, it told me to check my details but won't let me, I have to start all over again. It never used to be like this, what have you done??
