If you're not a worker in Lagos you can't obtained loan, if your salary is not up to 200k you can't get a loan. Nonsense, so if I earn 200k I will still be borrowing loan. Review your policy sir, is unrealistic

So I applied for the loan and waited 24 hours as stipulated for the loan to process. 48 hours later, nothing! Not even a Rejected email or anything! I decided to reach out to the available Chat Button so that I can Communicate to the Customer service! Exchanged pleasantries, told her my complaint of them never getting back to me, She asked for my Location and I stated Lagos, next thing was if I was employed or self employed, I told her the latter! She now asked if my Company was registered, I told her not yet! Then she Said that they couldn't lend Money out to me if my Company wasn't Registered! It wasn't stipulated anywhere that it was necessary criteria, neither did I state anywhere that the loan was for my Business! I felt like she didn't know what to say, and was looking for a Reason to just go offline. At a point she stopped Replying me! And I thought the Reason for my BVN was to check my credit score and know if I'm qualified for the loan? What ever Ren Money! First and Last Trial! Thank you.
