I added taka 8270 to my robi alpha account on June 22, 2025, from nagad wallet. Although the amount was deducted from nagad wallet, it was not credited to my alpha account till now. Even the amount is not refunded to nagad wallet.

I added a total of 200 BDT to my ad balance on April 13 by making two transactions of 100 BDT each from my Nagad wallet. Although the money was deducted from my wallet, it was not credited to my Alpha account. Till today, I haven’t received the money back, and there is no assurance of when it will be refunded. Everyone is advised to be cautious.
