Best taxi service in Newcastle-under-Lyme & stoke on Trent and very friendly drivers only fault some drivers don't help old people with there shopping to their homes from the car

Used Roseville for years. Never had an unprofessional taxi driver from this company. Taxi drivers are a lot more important and needed in this society than what they are given credit for. Top lads.
★★☆☆☆
Waste of time. It won't send the 4 digit passcode to sms so can't book anything. Used 2 phones and different phone numbers and neither have received the code. Ended up booking my taxi by phone and I mentioned it was working and a week later It's still the same so doesn't look like they are bothered about it working anymore. Used to work great on my old phone.

Let me be assaulted Been a loyal customer but wouldn't pick me up at 2am when I was alone but picked up my ex who assaulted me. Disgusting. Terrible services always late
★★☆☆☆
Very bad company! The drivers are rude and drive like there high. If you're going to book a taxi through the an and then we have Uber for that. Not rape vile!
★★☆☆☆
Absolutely ridiculous. Why do I need to enter ALL my details BEFORE I've booked a taxi, that's sketchy mate? Also, a 15-minute ride turned into over an hour because the bloody driver had no idea where he was going, so I was late to work. Your service is either really good or really bad as I had a taxi yesterday and it was fine. But from now on I think I'll find a taxi service who know what they're doing 100% of the time and not risk my job for it.
