Waste of time. It won't send the 4 digit passcode to sms so can't book anything. Used 2 phones and different phone numbers and neither have received the code. Ended up booking my taxi by phone and I mentioned it was working and a week later It's still the same so doesn't look like they are bothered about it working anymore. Used to work great on my old phone.

Absolutely ridiculous. Why do I need to enter ALL my details BEFORE I've booked a taxi, that's sketchy mate? Also, a 15-minute ride turned into over an hour because the bloody driver had no idea where he was going, so I was late to work. Your service is either really good or really bad as I had a taxi yesterday and it was fine. But from now on I think I'll find a taxi service who know what they're doing 100% of the time and not risk my job for it.
