★★★★★ Decent, but some higher risk exercise. Chair dips are a definite No-No due to shoulder injury risk, at least for the uninitiated. It's not that they were bad exercise, it's just that their risk far outweighs the benefit

★★★★★ Good set of exercises to get you started in the morning or for use in the middle of the afternoon. All major muscle groups are used. Simple but effective.

★★☆☆☆ Why mess with it? I had the pro version of this app installed on my old phone and used it happily for 2 years. Unlike most apps, the pro version did not automatically install on my new phone, and I'm not going to pay for it again. I liked the pro version. The free version is not good. Not only do ads pop up and make noise, but the ads seem to prevent the app from accurately counting workouts. I just did 2 sets, but the ad prevented the app from counting the second. Annoying.
