QR Code scanning is awesome. Really makes App worthwhile and super easy now. Tickets bought from website didn't display QR code correctly on my samsung phone. Now with this App change all is good 👍 Thank You. PS not 5 stars because App can still be a bit glitch, sorry.

This app is absolutely atrocious now!! You keep getting logged out of your account, the ticket qr code now (unless you realize when you book the tickets to add it to your Google wallet at that precise moment) you can't even see the qr code on your city link account now?? So every time you travel you have to find that particular email with the qr code because it isn't in the app anymore?? Seems a little counterintuitive to NOT be able to see the actual tickets on your actual account???! Ridiculous

Useless - bus tracking only works for future journeys. Once the coach starts you are unable to commence tracking!

Awful! Went to buy a ticket, got charged, didn't get ticket. Would recommend going to the website instead
