Serviceo Field

Serviceo Field is the modern mobile app for IT infrastructure field services - built for Workforce, Providers, and Partners to coordinate work from assignment to close.

Built for every role:

- Workforce can manage the whole job lifecycle: prepare, travel, check in on-site, capture deliverables, and complete work reliably - even with limited connectivity.
- Providers can manage work offers (accept/decline/counter), handle assignments, and track active work for better operational control.
- Partners gain improved coordination through clearer status visibility and standardized workflows (as enabled by configuration).

Key features:

- Work offers management (Providers): review offers, respond quickly, counter/propose changes, and keep schedules accurate.
- Job execution end-to-end (Workforce): pre-visit checklist, en-route, check-in/out, in-progress actions, completion
- Routing & ETA support: navigate to sites with optional location support for en-route accuracy
- Deliverables & evidence: capture photos, scan documents, collect signatures, and submit deliverables
- Timecards & expenses: submit time and expenses with supporting notes/receipts (when enabled)
- Real-time updates: job status visibility, alerts, and notifications for faster coordination
- Offline-ready workflows: continue working without a network and sync when back online
- Enterprise-grade security: role-based access control and data segmentation aligned to enterprise requirements
