Description
Shelf Tag: Labels & Stock — Print the shelf labels, then count the stock with the phone you have.
A small shop needs shelf labels and a stock count that matches its records. This label maker prints them on A4 PDF sheets or a label printer and counts with the phone's camera, putting a money value on every shortage and surplus.
Stock is what YOU counted: the app connects to no till or online shop, and labels come from your own data, never an outside catalogue.
WHAT IT DOES • Add a product by scanning its barcode, from a gallery photo, or with a code you generate • Labels in QR, EAN-13, UPC-A, Code 128, GS1-128, ITF-14 or PDF417, on A4 PDF sheets of 24, 40 or 65 • Label printer: one label per page through Android's print window • Your own label look: six colours, three typefaces, a tint and your logo; the code stays black on white • Categories, a photo and up to five fields of your own; filter by category or supplier • Supplier and customer names; a reorder list by supplier from your low-stock threshold • Margin report from cost and sale price: stock value, possible gross profit, lowest margins • Stock count by scan, list or Google's rapid code scanner (one unit per scan, no camera permission); each difference in units and in money at that day's cost • Stock in and out with the date and an optional supplier or customer; the stock changes at once • Several stores or branches (two on the free plan), each with its own stock; transfer between them • Import products from CSV or Excel; export the inventory for a spreadsheet
HOW YOU SET IT UP You add your first record — for example “Shelf A · 42 items counted” — and the app does the arithmetic from there: the running totals, the period summary and the report you can hand over. Reminders are the ones you set yourself. Nothing is fetched from the internet, so it works with no signal and in aeroplane mode, and both themes and large text are supported.
WHO IT IS FOR Small shops, workshops and storerooms that count stock by hand today.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It gives no professional advice and makes no decision for you — it shows you your own numbers. • It creates no account and uploads nothing: there is no server to sign in to and no sync to turn off. • It asks you for no account. No sign-up, no password. • No personal data goes to the developer. Google's ad SDK collects IP, interactions, diagnostics and device IDs. • The free tier is paid for by ads: banner, interstitial, rewarded, rewarded interstitial, app open, and an “Ad”-labelled card in your product list. No interstitial on launch; a rewarded interstitial always opens with an intro screen you can skip. Paid members see none of them and no ad request is sent. • Nothing of it stays pinned to your notification shade.
PRIVACY Your products and stock counts are stored on the device and nowhere else — the developer operates no server to receive them. Permissions requested: network state, internet, notifications, letting the ads library tell Wi-Fi from mobile data, restarting tasks after a reboot, vibration, keeping the phone awake while a task runs, buying a paid membership through Google Play and ads in the free tier.
LIMITS — honestly • Rapid count needs Google Play services' code scanner; until it is downloaded, scan one item at a time. • A label printer needs its maker's print service app; labels print in black and white. • Excel import reads the first sheet; a code already in your list is skipped, never overwritten. • No cloud backup by design: the backup in Settings carries the open store's products and counts, not the photos.
This app reads NO outside data: every figure it shows is calculated from the records you enter. Your records are stored on your phone and the app does not send them to any server.

Recent changes: • Usage card in Settings: the ratio line now says what it measures (labels produced per product added) and shows the percentage in your language's format (50% in English); it was wrongly called 'share of lines counted by scanning'. • The in-app privacy policy now lists the diagnostic data that Google ML Kit, the barcode reader, sends to Google.
