Works great. Only had a problem with the email confirmation, had to use other email, later on the first email arrived, but I was using the app already. Simple to add funds and to use.

So I pay for my load, but I HAVE to pay a surcharge for using your app? But using shine pay is the only way to use the machine? You all owe me a refund, what a scam

Worked fine the first couple of days but now I can't deposit money. First it said my card had insufficient funds. It in fact did have the funds, but I tried another card anyway. Now when I click the button to deposit the money into my account it just endlessly buffers. Very frustrating. I would rather just use quarters honestly. Oh and the fee when your deposit is lame too.

Absolute scam due to hidden feese. Make sure you just bring quarters. The machines say $2 where I am at, but the thing it doesn't tell you is that there is a $0.25 convenience fee for each transaction. There is also a $0.35 convenience fee to reload the app. I loaded $8 thinking it was enough to wash plus dry two loads of laundry. Now I have to reload the app again and pay an additional $0.35 convenience fee, because it didn't mention the extra $0.25 per load anywhere on the machine or app.
