Pretty decent app, does the job no major issues. Just two small quibbles: push notifications have never worked on it for me (the app is up to date) and the order summary suggest there is an option to leave a driver tip but there is nowhere to do this when at check out.

This is an extremely poorly thought out service. I ordered with a shop for delivery on 2nd May, my card was charged and I was told shop would be in touch shortly to confirm my order and delivery time. 4 hours later, the order is still on pending, the shop is NOT answering their phone. Order will be refunded but, I would strongly advise the company to only charge your debit card once shop accepts order as otherwise you are without the funds for upto 5 days.

USE WITH CAUTION - local business rejected the order but the money was debited from my account anyway. Absolute disgrace - let's see how long my refund takes! Drinkly have since advised my refund is being processed. I appreciate a retailer may not be able to fulfill an order. However, Drinkly need to change their process to debit a customer's card when the order is ACCEPTED by the retailer.

Useless for Edinburgh, lists stores that wont deliver to your address, without telling you this until you try and place an order. Promises much but doesn't deliver.
