One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I arrived at the pickup point 5 minutes before departure, and the app still showed that the shuttle had not started. I waited for over 20 minutes with no update. When I contacted the driver, I was informed that the shuttle had already left. Either the driver departed early or took a different route without informing passengers. Despite raising the issue, no refund or proper resolution was provided.

One of the worst shuttle apps ever. Booked a ride, it got shifted from upcoming to past automatically, even though it had almost 10 minutes to arrive still it went to past rides, repeatedly tried to contact their customer support, but no response from their side... Even the payment got executed but no message of any response from their side regarding cancellation of ride or anything regarding refund.
