Bad service, booked a ticket 2 ways, they cancelled my going flight with last minute notice, I had to buy new ticket from another service provider double the price, not only that, I requested a refund, they deducted alot of money and send me back alot less than I paid. Guys, please stay away.

They provide you wrong info like you have to get out of the country 20 days before the Visa expire which is not true Don't believe Jamie has to check before, but they just want to make you worry. Unfair fees also.

Chat feature is very laggy. All agents in Iraq will change your flight within an hour max. It's taking Sindbad more than 12 hours to change mine. Update 1: 2 hours until takeoff and they still haven't processed the cancellation. Update 2: they replied 1 hour before the flight saying it's non-refundable. Had I known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have booked another flight from another vendor!
