Not perfect but as a tourist here for 4 days, being able to see tram and bus routes together, which zones I am crossing and ticket purchase with 1 click was super convenient!

You can't buy tickets as Guest because you have to use a saved card, and you can only save a card if you create an account. For account creation you need to enter a phone number to get an SMS code. Poor design as this makes the Guest account kind of useless (you can only see routes).

Terrible after the latest updates. 1) if we want to select the department at a different time we need to go to two more screens to do so. Earlier it was in the same screen. 2) also we could see the frequency of each bus no for a particular journey. That' missing now. 3) So goes with the timetable Considering the convenience the app is downgraded. Only adding the ticket purchase with all the features gone doesn't make sense.

Can't add trips across multiple stops to favorites! UI and UX are much worse than the old version in almost every way. Buying a ticket here is just more difficult than buying it in the Billett app, because of the point above. You could have combined the planning feature and ticket system without thoughtlessly ruining everything else. Also, the buss routes change every minute. This warrants a serious effort to reinstating the previous functionality. Why make it harder to use public transport?

Less functionality than the old app. Need to log in to save favorite lines. Cannot find a line unless you plan a journey. Cannot see the timetable for one line for the whole day or week, but have to choose a particular journey or time to see departures. Cannot see all the lines departing from a particular stop, only those departing in the near future.
