Not perfect but as a tourist here for 4 days, being able to see tram and bus routes together, which zones I am crossing and ticket purchase with 1 click was super convenient!

Works pretty good, extremely useful compared to looking up times online. It's quite annoying when it deletes your favorites though, as well as refreshing and scrolling to the top of your favorites page, I'm not sure why this happens. If I might come with a suggestion, would it be possible to add categories? Let's say I have some buses I use for work, some for school and some for friends. It would make it easier to navigate.

Do not trust Skyss travel advice! We used this app to plan our travel. The first (Skyss) bus was delayed 10 minutes, so we missed the change to the next bus. As a result, we got delayed 4.5 hours and needed to buy new tickets for 1300nok (€130). We called Skyss to ask if we could get a (partial) refund for our lost time and money. They told us no: the time to change was too short, and that was our fault. But we followed the recommendation by Skyss, and the Skyss bus was delayed!

Its okei. I don't like that I can only save 2 routes at the time. Why would u do that? It more clumsy to find were to go. And I have experience many times now that the app say the bus have already departed when it hasn't even arrived. I do like the part where I can se where the bus is on the map. When it works... not often. The app needs fixing and updates to be the same or batter then previous versions. I will improve this review when it does.

Worked fine for 6 months or so. Now the planner tells me to take an 8-hour train journey halfway to Oslo and back every single time I ask for a simple trip in Bergen (even a trip that uses only one bus with no connections!!) No, I don't want to go to walk over Ulrike to go to a train station 2 km away, to take a train to Dram men, to then take another back to Bergen, and get the bus that would have gotten me where I wanted to go in the first place in 15 minutes.

Terrible after the latest updates. 1) if we want to select the department at a different time we need to go to two more screens to do so. Earlier it was in the same screen. 2) also we could see the frequency of each bus no for a particular journey. That' missing now. 3) So goes with the timetable Considering the convenience the app is downgraded. Only adding the ticket purchase with all the features gone doesn't make sense.

This app is terribly glitchy. Bus routes are sometimes marked as late but are on time. Sometimes an upcoming bus route shows up only to not show up again once departure time approaches. It is a hassle to use this app to manage our kids' travel to and from school or elsewhere. This is no way to run a mass transit system.
