Very poor app development. Doesn't allow user to add account inspire of entering valid account number. I wonder what's the point of investing in these apps when they clearly are not working at first place

One of the Worst app ever when you guys installed the smart meter you told us to install this app use it you can add your payment something like prepaid but now hen I tried to use its showing account I'd be invalid 😠. And the worst thing is when I tried to reach out to you through the helpline number not even answering the call 😠.

I logged in and when it asked for account id I entered, and it's started showing invalid. Useless app, how can we pay bill if app is also not working, and they don't generate physical bill. Improve the app user-friendly

Registered with 2 attempts even after giving the correct otp, then came account details entering section, Entered the correct account I'd a couple of times, but yet it says invalid. Then I thought of logging out, there is no option, I never clicked Stay signed in, but also it stays signed in. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Dear BESOM, Please test before releasing the app. Hope you are happy bringing inconvenience to the people as always.
