Edit: app "stopped working" because the thermostat failed. Not the Apps fault. Rating changed to 4 for when it was working. Would like to see the app allow multiple scheduled run times to be selected (maybe password protected?). Would also like to see some intelligence in the app to control the heater with a combo of min and max temps in combo with a minimum "burn" time, to ensure the heater runs long enough to avoid soot build up in the combustion chamber.

Why won't this app connects to the unit . I would give zero stars if I could!!...turns out it was the head unit all good now .here is your five stars 🌟

Was connected for over a month, and then suddenly, the app can't find a device. I called tech support, and they blame it on android, which, by the looks of the reviews, you guys have been doing for several months. These same android phones that can't connect to your device, which is sold as android compatible, connect to other Bluetooth devices without issue. Fix the problem or admit you can't. As it turns out, I disconnected power to the controller, and when I powered it up, got it to connect.

Worked for a day. Brand-new heater and SmarTemp 3.0 set up. Can't even forget a device on the webcast to try reseting the Bluetooth connection. I see im not the only one with this issue. Very disappointing that Webcast hasn't fixed this. There's absolutely no point in buying a SmarTemp 3.0 controller. Save yourself some money and buy an older controller.
