Why this app can't change language to chinese or malay? Considering senior citizen don't understand English and pls do it tri language setting before you eliminating the physical coupon.

One and only one the worst apps I've ever used. Confusing and inconvenient. The user experience is totally poor, and it's not practical for using in Sibu. What's the point of separating parking into CBD and non-CBD? It just makes the app more complicated and less user-friendly. It would be much better if the app could automatically identify the correct parking zone.
