The standup wireless is okay, but you only get so much Data and when you run out you have to pay for more. But it's a free government service phone 📱 for more Data is affordable, but I'm on a fix income and even at times when I run out I can't afford the Data because my money has run out 😭.

I'm just thankful that I do have phone service and I haven't had any issues with the service. If you don't think the phones are up to par, do like I did and purchase one. Even better, get a refurbished phone from Amazon. They are like new and stand-ups doing just fine making my phone work. Thanks qlink for cheating the government and giving stand-up your money.

Stand-up wireless is the worst wireless carrier I have ever dealt with. Ever since they took over my minutes have disappeared, and they are unwilling to give them back and even told me that I have called numbers that I have not called and told me I have been on the phone for 61 minutes with people when I barely talk to people. Their customer service team are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I am telling you right now if you are able to please switch over to someone like Safe Link. Call BBB.

I have to keep topping up my data when it was q Link I didn't have to top it up at all, and I had the same amount of data The app it worked the first time I tried to top up on it and now every time I try it tells me that it can't accept it, or it won't go through or blah blah blah blah blah blah this is b*******

Was formally called Q link wireless. Before SUW took over, I had purchased the unlimited talk, text, and data. 3 days later, I'd receive a text saying Q link is no longer a wireless company and had switched over to this bogus company. Completely turn off my unlimited talk text and internet. SUW customer service representative didn't help at all saying, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." Which means I was out 30.00, and have a phone without data. I'm leaving this POS service. ✌🏽

I have to keep topping up My Data. I'm going to let service end and go somewhere else. If I'm going to spend $25/$30 a month to top up, Then I'll just go to Metro or somewhere and have unlimited Data
