The standup wireless is okay, but you only get so much Data and when you run out you have to pay for more. But it's a free government service phone 📱 for more Data is affordable, but I'm on a fix income and even at times when I run out I can't afford the Data because my money has run out 😭.

Was formally called Q link wireless. Before SUW took over, I had purchased the unlimited talk, text, and data. 3 days later, I'd receive a text saying Q link is no longer a wireless company and had switched over to this bogus company. Completely turn off my unlimited talk text and internet. SUW customer service representative didn't help at all saying, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." Which means I was out 30.00, and have a phone without data. I'm leaving this POS service. ✌🏽

Stand Up Wireless has many good qualities. Just as well as MANY Terrible qualities. They have allowed my lifeline service to be moved without my consent. An as soon as they send you the text telling you. They do not give you any help. Sure they give you the telephone numbers to call. An what you get is the run around and THE BIGGEST HEADACHE YOU CAN IMAGINE.THERE HAS TO BE AWAY.THEY ARE HIRING PEOPLE IN THE BRONX THAT ARE STEALING PEOPLE'S IDENTITY FOR A FREE PHONE JAIL HERE THEY COME.

Stand-up wireless is the worst wireless carrier I have ever dealt with. Ever since they took over my minutes have disappeared, and they are unwilling to give them back and even told me that I have called numbers that I have not called and told me I have been on the phone for 61 minutes with people when I barely talk to people. Their customer service team are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I am telling you right now if you are able to please switch over to someone like Safe Link. Call BBB.
