Really good adaptation of the Starting Strength program. Could use more flexibility, especially for female trainees and modifications Iike assisted pull-ups, but overall great.

I change the defaults in the settings dor plates, progression weight, and it keeps going back to the app default. Been doing it for almost a month now.

Make the app local first, it is too sluggish. I need to quit the app multiple times every time I need to set something in the settings. If the phone is in an area with low internet signal, the settings won't be loaded based on the left saved settings.

Enjoy the starting strength program, but this app is barely in life support. I can "log" a workout, but it doesn't save anywhere. I can't see the progress being made. Doesn't swap to the next workout properly. Keep losing settings for units and the plates I have available. $15 lost, time to find a better app.

Incredibly buggy and poorly coded. The functionality seems good but the app constantly hangs up, won't save the workout when I submit, launches into the wrong workout, and a number of other issues. Not worth the hassle. Much better free options out there.
