Store Assist is a fulfillment-as-a-service (FaaS) app that was built for retailers by a retailer, leveraging Walmart’s years of operating experience as a Fortune 1 company.
Get out-of-the-box, mobile-first fulfillment capabilities to effectively manage all your in-store pickup orders. Powered by Walmart Commerce Technologies, Store Assist is a fulfillment-as-a-service (FaaS) app that was built for retailers by a retailer, leveraging Walmart’s years of operating experience as a Fortune 1 company.
The app provides four fulfillment order management modules:
1. Pick: Get full visibility into all ordered items and the tools to make sure the right items and quantities are picked. You can pick one or multiple orders simultaneously for greater efficiency.
2. Stage: Enter a location where the orders are placed while customers are on their way so that you can easily find them during hand off.
3. Hand off: Get real-time notifications once customers arrive at the store to minimize their wait time and seamlessly hand them what they ordered. For curbside pickup, customers can share their vehicle and parking details, so you can quickly and easily find them.
4. Orders: View a list of all the orders placed for your store and their statuses, so you always know what’s going on with each order
