Like 99% of the reviews, this app is a waste. I also bought (for not cheap), this monitor because it had the Wi-Fi app. Such a waste. I got it to work maybe 3 times the first week or so. Since then I can never get it to work (a year later). Awful!!!

Garbage. The monitor works well and I have no problems between the parent unit and the camera, but the wifi is garbage. It took hours to get it to connect the first time. Worked well for a month or so, was able to check in while we were out. We had a long power outage almost a year ago and haven't been able to get it to connect to wifi ever since. Tried with different devices, even had different modems and got a very high quality router recently and it still doesn't connect. Dont waste your money.

Awful App. Had this piece of junk for three years. You would think a update could have produced in that time to fix the problems that everyone is having. Also the touch screen on yhe hand held will not work to move camera. I would not recommend mend this brand to anyone.
