Comfy installer used awning motor for screen, so now Tahoma lists my screen as awning and wants me to deploy and retract my screen. Wish I could define that my screen is not an awning, even better if that would also be correct in Home Assistant and Homekit which read the awning motor as reverse of a screen motor. Installers need to be told to use correct motors, or app needs to be able to redefine as screen. App is kind of bland, but five stars because of developer mode giving local api control.

Increased my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because they finally made the app more secure thanks to the ability of creating extra user profiles with fewer privileges, like children. Things that still are missing: accounts with administrative privileges should be protected with MFA login otherwise the accounts can be hijacked. On Android: battery status indicator missing for temp & light sensors... it was there before... on temp sensor the max and min graph are not shown like the info button show

There are glitches with removing a roller shade. I have 4 middle shades on my options. Also, YouTube does not have an updated tutorial for removing a shade. Otherwise, we have enjoyed the shades.

A very good app indeed, it works well, and curtains and blinds can be opened and closed remotely, which adds security when away on holidays and the house appears occupied.

Would be nice to see a simple animation with action when opening/closing shutters. I'm missing a function to open/close shutters based on time or sunset/sunrise.

The old app used to know what time sunset was and put my blind down at that time. No need to change. New app sets it to sunset on the day you set it up. Have to change it regularly.

Nice new refresh but a bit heavy on your scenes and automation whereas I prefer to use basic scheduling. This is not as easy as before.

This has got to be the very worst app I've ever tried to use. I've been trying to copy across 20 blinds registered to my Nina remote to the Comfy Tahoma switch. No joy. I've been using Chat GBT now for the past hour to help me out but still no luck. I've tried to use the web interface, but it won't allow me to log in. My advice to anyone out there who reads this is do not buy Comfy products. Buy a Tuya compatible smart blind on AliExpress. They cost less and work better.
