The mobile iOS app is great. They are trying to get tge Android versions compatible to the iOS and have made a lot of great changes. On the management side of things from the service to their software for incident command, it's impeccable!! It is very useful for the IC in many ways. From the ESRI layers that can be imported to the multiple interfaces it will share data with. This is a great tool to be used for the IC.

This app worked great....and then the update was installed. Since the "update" the app is slow, doesn't show calls when dispatched, won't upload new calls throughout the day and won't upload new critical notes while on a call. Every time you reach out to support they give you the same unhelpful instructions (clear cache). Based on the other numerous negative reviews, it's probably the app (talking to you customer support) and not my phone.

Horrible on Android platform. Crashes, freezes, call list will not populate, map works intermittently. The new update just made things worse.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
