I've enjoyed over 20 years of excellent service on the phone and at the branches. Online banking is easy ... awesome I find the app to be extremely user-friendly and it works well. They tell us we get 2 day early pay and as soon as it starts we have bills to come out one day early, so they stop our early pay, so they will get the overdraft fee. Early pay slipped last 2 checks & caused 5 overdraft payments all together. So the early pay theu brag about only costed us over 100 bucks. It always came early til I started an auto-pay now they want those over draft fee, so they stopped releasing it early on us.

I used to be member of chaco before they were bought out by telhio I loved Jacob I would give them six out of five stars but tell Ohio I'd give him a zero star if I could, they're more interested in making money not helping people I had to get a loan to fix a ceiling in my house, and I was told the best option was to get home at equity line of credit, but that was not good for me as the interest just kept increasing and increasing till it was almost double from when I signed it Doesn't go there.

Won't refresh when u use ur cards been having trouble ever since they switched from Columbus metro credit union to telhio wish they could have just changed there name a left everything else alone I just ready to find another credit union a b done this bank 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ nothing but a headache
