Refuses to allow me to login. On the first attempt, it told me it wouldn't work on rooted / jailbroken devices. On all subsequent attempts, it told me that my credentials were wrong. My device isn't rooted and my credentials are correct! Lastly, their website is NOT mobile friendly and presents you with the desktop version of the site after you log in. Terrible!! And, I've already emailed you as I've seen your standard response, and have received no reply.

Useless. No transfers. Cannot see the interest rate. And they mislead me. Website says 4.05% but on when I see my account it says 3.95% Important stuff to do like transfers - You have to use their website

May 19, 2025, review: I use the mobile app, and I get an "incompatible version" error, and when I hit update, the app store says I'm up-to-date. Great... I can't access my bank. Ps: still all old issues too Feb 2021 review: I have been asking for multiple years now via email and survey, but they still haven't added support for International traveling (I need to use a VPN) and also still don't allow transfers to "external" banks outside Vio bank using the app. You need to use the website to do it.
