Love their rates. App has good functionality. The app lacks the ability to transfer funds back to your external accounts. You have to use the website to do this. That's the only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5.

This app won't even log me in. the only way I can access my account is to go through Google Chrome. I haven't even been able to see if it would allow me to see my account or perform any activities. This app definitely needs a lot of work.

May 19, 2025, review: I use the mobile app, and I get an "incompatible version" error, and when I hit update, the app store says I'm up-to-date. Great... I can't access my bank. Ps: still all old issues too Feb 2021 review: I have been asking for multiple years now via email and survey, but they still haven't added support for International traveling (I need to use a VPN) and also still don't allow transfers to "external" banks outside Vio bank using the app. You need to use the website to do it.

I download apps for convenience, this doesn't offer it. Typing a password every time feels archaic. It doesn't even allow external transfers. I like the interest rates on the bank, but the interface could use a lot of work.
