Things worked out Im in joplin mo. And terminix took $160.00 from me and sprayed during a rain storm. They just stole my money and they dont honor there 100% satisfaction guarentee. Horrible service. UPDATED 6-26-14 wanted to be fair and update. Terminix did come back to my house and resprayed everything at no charge to me. They held up there agreement and I am completely hapoy with the service I got up on there return. I would recomend them to someone.

Upset Technician claimed to have done a final treatment but did not! There was no odor at all which there had been in the past.Granted our home is small but in and out in less than 10 minutes is bull. He also claimed to have sprayed our couch.It was bone dry and no odor as before . I'm very upset,I want a safe pest free home for my grandsons.

Terminx Cannot put in needed dash from keypad that comes up on phone or an external keyboard for android phone which means you can't create account or sign in . Great job of lousy ness. Just like people in their office make appointments for you with asking you if you will be home at that time. Thank God the tech who comes to my home is great at what he does which makes up the difference. LOUSY DESIGN

Why not use existing accounts?!? How ridiculous is it that you have to register yet another account, rather than allowing access to the existing online account? What a waste of time!
