Disgustingly predatory app designed to take your money and run. Been trying to get it to work for a solid month now, all whilst paying a direct debit that cannot be used to travel with. My poor lads been forced into embarrassment as he gets kicked off the bus because the app doesn't validate his card. These crooks are quick enough to take your money or kick you off if you don't have a ticket, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn if all these people had in fact paid in the first place. Scum

The app is now useless to me. There is nowhere for you to plan your journey like there was in the older version. When it's decided to abdicate responsibility for a feature your app should perform to someone else, it's time for me to leave the app.

App doesn't open, you have to search for the bus stop but if you don't know the area, and you don't know the road that's not helpful. The bus stops don't match the road they are on e.g. the bus stop on Bishop Street is called Cooperation St which is the adjacent street. Layout is awful. Big mistake changing it. Poor!

Totally unusable app, removing vital features that existed in the previous one. For example, unable to customize in favorites what are now totally meaningless names for bus stops. Was there any beta testing with users? Why break an app that worked well?
