This app works great for bus tickets but is only ok for metro. We used it while traveling in Rome. Once you get on a bus, you activate tickets in the app. This was easy to do with our family of 6 storing all tickets on 1 phone However, when you activate this for the metro your phone displays a qr code, and you get 2 minutes to scan through the turnstiles. Given that not all turnstiles have code reader and the stations have ticket machines, I would buy tickets at the station for metro

Could make activation of few tickets simultaneously. When activate 5 tickets for my family I could 1. Be fined 2. Miss stop. At the end of termin X of us could be with expired tickets, rest of us eit tickets due to time-consuming activation one-by-one.

I have tried to buy a ticket multiple times with different cards, and it doesn't work. Can't believe this is the transportation app to buy tickets for a city like Rome, no wonder why their system transportation is a total chaos. In the end, I bought the tickets at my hotel office and had to pay double because when validated at the bus, it marked a different hour from the one I took it and when I was going to revalidate at the train station when continuing with my travel it said it was "expired"

Very bad. Doesn't function properly. I had to close and reopen after 10 minutes for the app to work and my 2 days ticket shows it's expired even though it's valid. It's very difficult to enter metro stations. Please improve your app
