I don't really know what all these bad reviews are here saying it was a 'hard' experience buying them. For me, it was soo simple, I made the acc then I found the event and bought the ticket, then it asked if I even wanted to add the ticket to my Google wallet.

Ticketed Presale tickets are awesome, and I have never had any problems purchasing tickets 🎟 online with my Ticketed account to see some of the best concerts in Melbourne Victoria Australia. I would recommend Ticketed app for purchasing tickets to see your favorite bands as long as they are available through Ticketed Australia. They are also very helpful if you need assistance with anything that you are concerned about or want to make sure that you know exactly what you are allowed to take etc

Initial issues that need fixing: - Allow password autofill from password managers. Logging in is unnecessarily painful without it. - Stop aggressively redirecting users from the Ticketed website into the app. There are still things the app is not good at, and sometimes the website is the better option. These are only the first issues I’ve hit — the app needs more polish before users should be pushed into it by default.

Horrible ticket system. Can't print tickets. Can't share properly. The website sends you to the app. They don't let you contact them. Will NEVER use ticketed again
