Comments on Ticketek AU for Android

★★★★★ Jennifer Ethell · Apr 7, 2026

Ticketed Presale tickets are awesome, and I have never had any problems purchasing tickets 🎟 online with my Ticketed account to see some of the best concerts in Melbourne Victoria Australia. I would recommend Ticketed app for purchasing tickets to see your favorite bands as long as they are available through Ticketed Australia. They are also very helpful if you need assistance with anything that you are concerned about or want to make sure that you know exactly what you are allowed to take etc

For the love of anything holy. Why do you keep signing me out, and then not allow for a save my password option?

★☆☆☆☆ Jessica Kelly · Aug 7, 2026

Bought tickets for an event with the only option of "app delivery" but they don't show up in the app! I have the order confirmation in my emails, I can see it in my order history in the browser, Ticketed can see the order on their end, but I can't get my tickets. Their advice was to uninstall the app and clear the cache but because that doesn't work my only option is to line up at the ticket office on the day. If you're forced to use this app for tickets it should bloody work!

★☆☆☆☆ Hannah Smith · Jul 31, 2026

Rating 1 star for the fact that have no choice but to install the app for my tickets. Just email me my ticket, it's not hard!
