Scam? Booked tickets for event direct. Not through app. The event was cancelled and offer of exchange date or refund. Inferred that had to be refunded through app. Took three hours of unsuccessful time to do this complete this. Went back to the original ticket purchase to cancel, now just have to wait for the credit. Never again. Refund form had to be completed as tickets not showing on the app, the refund could not be made to the card, only direct to bank account. Bad, need bank details. Scam?

Horrible experience, can't exchange or return my ticket. Event was cancelled due to winds. I received an email to exchange or get a refund by downloading the app - which is in itself ridiculous - you should be able to do it on the same channel you purchased (the website). Besides, the app does not work. It says my tickets cannot be exchanged "due to availability", and that I should check in later. There is no way to contact the company besides filling out a form.
