May2022: new update keeps crashing! 11.2021: Great APP was a lifesaver during the pandemic and still my go-to place for further shopping. Just sometimes it hangs! For example after viewing the deals I try to search for a particular product it keeps showing me the deals. I'm sure it's a bug that just needs fixing.

Delivery usually works well, sometimes it's even cooled. But a lot of the fruit is rotten either on arrival or soon after (berries, mandarins, mangos, passion fruit and figs were moldy in my case). Customer service only cares if it's rotten within 24 hours. If you order, check every single fruit on arrival!

The price is more expensive than what is available in the market but the quality of the fruit and vegetables is very bad, the fruit and vegetables are not fresh and rotten, did they just do that to me or something like that, I think I will get good quality at that price. Turns out it's better to buy directly than online, so we know the quality and freshness
