Very informative and friendly we've done the downtown tour, the uptown tour, and the night tour which Michael made very entertaining and interesting and even though on a wet January night we thoroughly enjoyed it Michael made this tour and thank you for the birthday song for my husband we would 100 percent recommend top view x

This would have been 5 stars if we hadn't had to wait over an hour for the blue route trip, and also if the Ellis Island Ferry had actually completed the route as advertised and sailed under the 2 bridges. The ferry was included in the price of the bus tour ticket, but wasn't really that good. We simply sailed in front of the Statue of Liberty, not around it. Don't be ripped off by the crew to the tune of an extra 20 dollars just to sit outside on the deck, on uncomfortable seats.

Worst experience ever. Please don't use this bus. The waiting for the bus greater than an Hour is ridiculous. The staffs are rude. Absolute bad experience.

Paid for hop on and off. Buses stopped running at 6 PM, and we weren't given that information. 8 people were waiting at downtown stop 4 at 5:55. We gave up waiting at 6:30 PM. No notice on where the tour ends at 6 PM.

Horrible Customer Service. Their salesman blatantly lie about bus arrival times and tour times. And they refuse to refund you. Never ever use this tour company.
