No power complaint issue with torrent power at my home after 24hvr left there's nothing they are doing to solving issue I'm living in Ahmedabad very poor experience with Ahmedabad torrent service....

Torrent Power has one of the worst electricity services I've ever experienced. No matter how much people complain, nothing seems to change. Power cuts happen repeatedly, and reaching customer care takes at least 30 minutes—if they answer at all. The electricity bills are outrageously high, but the quality of service is completely unacceptable. It feels like we get reliable electricity for only 8–9 months a year. And the moment there's even a little rain, the power supply is cut off.
