The best powerlifting/strength sports focused app I've found. It's really great to have a well-thought-out library of exercises that are very specific and applicable to strength training. I enjoy using this with my coach, although it would be nice if it was usable without a coach

Everything loads quickly and is much easier to use then the mobile site. Site is great for computers, but was harder on the phone. Very pleased that Android has an app now.

So buggy... crashes all the time. But big issue is why can't I make my workout plan continue with a sequence when I go to the gym? I don't go every other day, I have an unpredictable schedule. My workout plan looks stupid because I'm moving dates. How about make it, so every time I go to the gym I can say "Continue with workout plan" and do the next day in the sequence? Really easy and a no-brainer.

Since the last update I haven't been able to look at my workouts at all, making the app completely unusable. Even before the update it had a lot of bugs. Will randomly uncheck exercises I've checked off, if I manually change a weight sometimes it will change it back, if I change a rpe sometimes it'll randomly change the weight. If you upload videos sometimes they don't actually upload. I wish instead of adding dumb useless AI features they just actually fixed the app

App was very slow and buggy, very frustrating to navigate. Setting up an account was difficult (buttons didn't work) and included steps not indicated on the sign-up page (have to follow and email link). Had a much easier time accessing every feature through a web browser. Building a program took some trial and error, I recommend starting with bare bones and adding days/weeks from there. I don't know how there are any 5-star reviews for this ap.
