Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. You pay top dollar for coverage and if you actually have a claim they come up with 5 different reasons to reduce your coverage down to the smallest amount possible.

Tried to submit a claim, but it only asked for a Zip Code and not a Postal Code - we're Canadian Trupanion clients. I guess we don't get to use their app?

The service is terrible! The claims as mentioned by reps aren't covered, and it's fraudulent information they market. Also, the app doesn't work!
