So far trail is good day 3. Directions sucked said I would receive an email NOT I received a text. Set up was a nightmare wanted the temp number took me 10 mins to find it. They need to change their directions. Nothing like getting wrong directions right from the start. They already want me to pick a plan. I'm using my 14 days first. Hopefully it works out because t mobile has been a nightmare.

I had no problem setting up the free trial. My phone was unlocked and compatible and the cell signal was ten times better than family mobile service. Although it would be nice to have unlimited starter service for $25 but since signal is great it might be worth the $35. I will see after 14 days.

Haven't had Cricket cell service for over a yr. Was sold cordless charger when purchased phone & service only to learn not compatible with phone. Shouldn't the employee have known that? I asked. Waste of money.

They say you can try Cricket for free for 14 days, and they send you an esim to download, but the service doesn't work. Reaching out to customer service doesn't help you either they direct you to go into the store even though everything for the free trial is remote.

There no FREE TRIAL SCAM ALERT after watching the video/commercial of how easy it is to activate, u download the app AFTER putting in ur PERSONAL INFO ,then DOWNLOAD APP N NO FREE TRIAL, try there experts shad for help but just sells u a plan U PAY FOR TODAY, NO FREE TRIAL Scam

Couldn't get the free trial SIM card to work. Activated it ok I guess but never was able to use data or make calls or text. Customer service was no help. Don't waste your time with this provider.
