Mobile has yet to send my new equipment. But I have had a good experience with the streaming and Wi-Fi. I had issues with my new phone. Might have been a virus, but I went into the store, and they got me back online and working again. Great team at the Morehead City store.

Was with US cell for a year. The prepaid service was good for the cost but when I wanted to switch carriers, the claws came out. They will not give you acct# over the phone which u need to switch carriers.

Since the merger with T-Mobile US cellular has gone to s***. I'm considering changing carriers because the service quality and billing practices now incompatible for customers. I have been a customer of US. Cellular from day one and now I am considering leaving period
