No additional features over website and also doesn't give you important alerts about payments failing. You only get that when you log into the mobile website. Now missed isa deadline despite submitting 2 weeks in advance.

Is there no other way to change the way you receive a verification code to login into your account without calling customer services? Seems like the process is stuck in the dark ages if so.

Poor app, poor functionality, but more importantly, vanguard have gone against everything they were once believed in for. They have SIGNIFICANTLY raised fees that effect only the smallest personal investors. No changes to high value investors. Are they trying to force small personal investors out? John Bogle would be turning in his grave. Anyone with less than 30k invested with vanguard I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere, and move your money out before the fees come into effect in January.
