Won't save user name Since the update it will not save the company id-user name and that is a huge pain in the ass to type that out each time I need to transfer money or do anything more than check account balances.

Right off the bat, your login screen does not provide a password reset path. Your help phone number is not selectable, it does not have to link just needs to be selectable. (Pro tip***** the phone makes the link for you!!!) Let me guess, "it's just my phone!".... That's two fails so far. And I am locked out of the app. Now let me go find a pen so I can get connected!

Like most things Vectra, it's not as good as the competition. Separate business app which is easy to miss when searching. Check deposits crash the app. Just a general "meh" to "poor" that describes Vectra in general.
