Virgin Riverside is a great club. Staff are always helpful. Great mix of classes and brilliant pool and spa facilities.

I really enjoy coming to Virgin Active. It has a great atmosphere and always feels welcoming as soon as you walk through the doors. The class trainers are fantastic – full of energy, motivating, and they make the sessions both enjoyable and challenging. The front of house team are always friendly and helpful, which really makes a difference and makes members feel valued I’d also like to give a big thank you to the café staff for their great service, and to the cleaners who do an excellent job.

The glitchiest app on my phone. Constantly miss out on classes because you get the wheel of doom when you go to book so end up on the waitlist. The new filters don't help because you have to select your filter every time you open the app to make a booking - this is an issue if you book across multiple clubs. It randomly logs you out and doesn't save credentials, so you have to re-enter username and password every time. It also randomly crashes. Better off just using the website to book classes
