Virtual Care, provided by Teladoc Health for Bupa Global members provides you and your family with on demand access to a team of international doctors. Through a scheduled or on demand call back consult you will receive rapid, direct access to a doctor who is well-versed in international medicine. The doctor will help you to better understand your symptoms and how to get the appropriate care available to you - wherever you are in the world.

Log in using your Bupa Global MembersWorld credentials (registration for MembersWorld is available from within the Virtual Care app). Two complimentary services are available 24 hours a day anywhere in the world:

(1) Call Me Back: one of our doctors will call you back by telephone.
(2) Video Consultations: book a video appointment with a doctor

Every time I try to log in with my BUPA credentials, I can't get past the T&C page. It gives a bad request error.
