Easy to use, very convenient. The ability to use PayPal as a contactless
payment method is really handy, and the loyalty card starage is fantastic.

I think it's a travesty that Vodafone are shutting this service down in a
few months. None of the accounts I use with it are supported by Google Pay.
I like the fact that this app surpasses that of the competitor in that you
can add your PayPal account and it works even when the phone is off. Handy
if and when your battery runs out. I would have liked finger print
authorisation to be added as well as PIN and better loyalty card
integration too. The competitor does this a lot better. Also and finally,
I've never been able to load any mobile tickets I have on my phone into the
app. It always finds nothing when I have downloaded them unactivated or
actived them. And there is still a strange issue with your loyalty cards
reordering themselves, eg. if I click on my Nectar card, next time I open
the list it's moved to the top. I'm not sure if that's meant to be by
convenience and design, but it annoys the ocd in me which likes everything
in alphabetical order.

that does that. Shame its closing. Hope Vodafone reconsider.

It is total rubbish. Won't work 98% of the time. I have managed to pay once in m&s and once in McDonald's in 2 years, now wallet won't work on my s8+. Don't bother it's not worth the hassle.

Impossible to use with the brand new LG V30. App tells me to upgrade my phone because it is not able to find NFC. The ING Mobile Payment app works flawlessly just like using NFC for other tasks. Also the app doesn't seem to be recognizing the nfc sim that I have for quite a while now. I want to use OV-chip mobile to check in for public transport in the Netherlands. Worthless service by Vodafone.

It worked fine for a while and then all of a sudden they blocked paypal so i couldnt pay and now i cannot add a new payment method (paypal still works online so its not on their end). Webchat were useless and did not understand the problem (they kept telling me they dont accept paypal for bill payments....my bill is upto date and didnt understand when i tried to explain further) finally got an advisor who gave me a number to call and they just said "ill escallate it to technical" no timeframe or solution. No help when im in another city on business and require use of it to pay for food. (I know i should have brought my wallet but i left it my other suit jacket and why have this app if you need to take other payment methods with you...defeats the point). When i explained this i was simply told "someone will email you when theyve looked into it, sorry i cant tell you more. Thank god for Samsung and google pay S8+ user with latest version and software upto date
