I've been using volt for a few years and I cant express how much it has helped my fitness over the years. The app gives you a HUGE number of options at the beginning for what you're training for. Examples of this are Rugby, Ice Hockey, and profession related ones that I personally have used. Each had a unique set of exercises / focuses / weights that felt tailored to the initial choice of what I wanted to train towards. It's easy for me to recommend this app to anyone looking for a workout app.

App is exactly what I needed! I get personalized plans that are built off science and progress. Plus there are tracking mechanisms and tons of alternative exercises if needed for in the gym or at home workouts.

The app is okay, but you can't turn off super-setting for workouts. So you have to go back and forth across the gym using multiple machines to complete one set. I sent this issue to their support team multiple times, and they said they would think about adding this feature.

I really like using the app but the back button doesn't work and makes me close the app each time. It's very frustrating. Also, when I go to add notes at the end of my workout my keyboard covers the text input, so I can't see what I'm typing. I'd rate it higher if these two bugs were fixed.

Keeps freezing the minute I go into one of the exercises. Can't go back and so have to close the app and force restart it.
