I was having a hard time connecting my camera to the app under wifi for like a good 1hr. I finally figured it out. You need to connect it to the ethernet cable at 1st to pick up your internet. ONCE CONNECTED then go ahead and remove the ethernet cable and you are good to go. Guys give a try. The app does have a few bugs though. Once I get a alert and try to go into the app it won't show the camera being online. I have to hard close the app then it works.. hope this helps out.

This company and app sucks! First as a user of a indoor Wansview cam they asked me to buy their outdoor video cams and they would reimburse me for a good review. Did it and never received 1 cent! Second I set up one of their video cams and it worked OK with my phone but didn't buy Cloud. Now I set up second outdoor cam and can't view either one on phone! So I have $130 worth of security cams that are worthless! This company communicates directly from China!! Scam company! Don't buy!
