While I have only had one day when it was glitch, I think Medicare could do better with getting the right info from the client to the driver via phone numbers. Thank you. I hate driving an hour on my own gas and money just to not have the client show up. Do better Medicare

Very relatable content to follow easy to use obvious directions and instructions as far as where who what when with your clients not easy at all to make a mistake with this app highly impressed address and directions are simple to follow along with how to get in contact with your clients space for clients comments is very helpful with small details like last house on the left I was very nervous the first time I opened the app on my first day of employment however by noon I felt confident

Kills battery. It forces demands you to share location even when app is not in use, or you can't open it. Runs in background and kills the battery and uses up data

Edit 5-23-26, they still have a bloated app, now it is more Big Brother than a helpful app, in my opinion... newer features you could swipe the Wellryde is running in background, and it wouldn't come back.nope times or more anytime someone accesses app for your location, wellryde is running in background will show up or is it the app wants to listen in on calls 📞... my opinion only, tech support is hit & miss... I stand by my review I'd give 0 if I could.

App is constantly crashing or having some kind of issues. The biggest one is that when you arrive to a location there is a pop-up that says you've arrived, which is normally fine. But, when the app signs you out automatically it requires you to register your vehicle again. This causes an issue where the arrived message pops up, but you need to register your vehicle so that pops up, but since you've arrived the app pops up again saying you've arrived. Endless popups that crash the app.
