While I have only had one day when it was glitch, I think Medicare could do better with getting the right info from the client to the driver via phone numbers. Thank you. I hate driving an hour on my own gas and money just to not have the client show up. Do better Medicare

The app is used with a company I work for, and it's actually a really good app for my scheduled pickups. It has options for various outcomes when pickups are successful or not.

You shouldn't have to sign in, and I wish they had the clients phone number on the app as well as their address. That's the only thing I can see improving on rather than that it's a pretty good app.

Very glitchy! It shows rides when it wants and other times it keeps showing the older rides from past days., and it won't update.

Overall it's a good app. However, the app activates itself and pops up at any given time. The app won't allow you to cancel a trip due to a no show. It states that you're not at the pickup location when clearly you are. Also, to get around that there's the unverified no show option but, if you've called and knocked on the door. The no show is verified. I feel these are 3 major discrepancies and need to be addressed. I would give it a 4/5 but, I feel 2 is a good fit. Fix the bugs.

App is constantly crashing or having some kind of issues. The biggest one is that when you arrive to a location there is a pop-up that says you've arrived, which is normally fine. But, when the app signs you out automatically it requires you to register your vehicle again. This causes an issue where the arrived message pops up, but you need to register your vehicle so that pops up, but since you've arrived the app pops up again saying you've arrived. Endless popups that crash the app.
