I had a problem that I could not log in. The helpdesk advertised has not helped me in 5 months. Went to a shop and manager gave me a number. The guy was super helpful and fixed my login problem within 30 min on my way to work. He was awesome and very calm helping me. I can't thank you enough. This helpdesk must wake up and help clients.

The delivery time takes AGES!!! You order at 3pm it will arrive at 7pm! Not a very good service!

Not recommended I ordered and there was an option for delivery time and order came after 4 hours. Thought that they were just busy but my 2nd order it was also late and some items were cancelled because it was not available the third time we order it waited and msg them but they didn't reply and only to find out it was the same number that they were using to contact me before and my order didn't came. Just don't use this app!!

Why they are letting us choose time delivery if it will not be followed? It took 2-4hrs for them to deliver an order. First 30dhs purchased with free delivery, but now they put 100dhs to get a free delivery which will take long hours to be delivered. And now, the app is just loading and cannot order anything, it's been 2 weeks. I already sent a complaint about the app but still the same.
