Problem I love this app. Keeps me up to date with data usage. BUT it has a problem. Keeps stopping with a window "Unfortunately West net Support has stopped." I have uninstalled and reinstalled app, but that did not fix. Can someone help me with this problem.

A useful replacement for the old ii net app which was crashing my phone, apparently. 🤔 No login problems for me, either.

I use this every month to pay my bill. Now it just starts and closes. For the last 20 times. Was brilliant now dead and floating in the water belly up.

2 years since the last update and the app is fundamentally broken. Immediately crashes on opening, when/ if it does work it still crashes shortly after during a screen transition. Also lacks some of the functionality that is present on the desktop portal. For example, on the internet data usage-the ability to view off-peak and on peak data usage in a single graph. On the app they are combined, so you have no clue if you're close to finishing the allocated on peak data resulting throttled service
