WeStretch: Custom Stretches

Something has changed. Maybe you noticed it on the stairs. Maybe it was getting up from the floor. Maybe you just quietly stopped doing the things you used to do without a second thought.

You are NOT looking for a yoga class. You are NOT looking for a video where someone tells you to breathe into the stretch for 30 seconds while cheerful music plays. You have tried that. It does NOT stick, because it was never built for you.

WeStretch is different. And we need you to understand why before you scroll past.

We are a sophisticated algorithm wearing a very friendly face. You tell us three things: how much time you have right now, what your goal is today (a warmup feels nothing like a pain relief routine), and whether there are any positions you would like to skip (lunges: off. We understand). Thirty seconds later, you are following a step-by-step animated instructor through a routine built specifically for you. Not pulled from a small library. Not a template someone recorded for everyone. Built from your stretch history, your goals, and 6,700+ physio-informed poses organized so that over time, every joint moves in every direction it should. Hold times start short and progress safely as your body is ready, because a Pre-Recorded video cannot do that. We can.

No two sessions are the same. Your routine evolves with you.

Here is what that actually looks like after 2,340 days of daily stretching. One of our users wrote this to us:

"I was thinking today I might try something new and stretch different times throughout the day. I have had some near misses but have not fallen. When I think back, I used to fall all the time. My balance is definitely better. It's kind of amazing. The only thing I have done since Covid is stretching every day and the part that is interesting is that my stamina is actually pretty good. I can do a flight of stairs easily without feeling out of breath."

She is too young to need two new knees and two new hips. She stretches every day anyway. That is not discipline. That is what happens when a program actually works.

WeStretch lives in the space between expensive physiotherapy and generic YouTube routines. Physio-informed expertise. A routine that is yours alone. An experience so effortless that an 87-year-old can set up and start stretching in under 30 seconds (we know, because it's my mother and our office timed her).

Give us 7 days risk free to prove our worth. Everything unfamiliar feels strange at first, including the things that are about to change your life.
