How Wingz works:

I have been a long time Wing user and really like this service. The drivers are excellent. Bought a new phone Pixel 10 and the app is not working. Crashes. Sad to see this happen to a good company with a great value for users. Even worse is that they are not responding to calls or the feedback!

Epic Fail I scheduled an airport pickup 20 min after my scheduled arrival time to allow delay. The flight was delayed 25 min, so I thought the driver would wait 5 min. Nope, as soon as they saw my flight was delayed, the driver dashed to another job and left me hanging to wait more than 10 min; contrary to their big tagline "driver wait for you, not the other way around". I waited 10 min for a soccer mom driving a Dodge SUV, but paid the same fair as Uber Black. Stupid me! First time, last time!

Booked a driver for ride to the airport. He took the rush hour traffic route because apparently they don't do toll roads. The app doesn't have any intelligence to tell you that you should add an extra hour to your drive time due to taking the worst possible route. Hope I make my flight.
